Organizations must be registered nonprofits (US groups need an IRS 501(c)(3) letter) or accredited, not-for-profit schools. Religious, political and government groups are excluded. The discount works on the monthly price, and the annual-billing discount does not stack on top of it. Payment must be by credit card. Airtable AI is not covered. You need an Airtable account first.

Apply for the discount
Open the help article and choose the nonprofit or education application. Upload your registration or accreditation papers.
Wait for review
Airtable usually replies within 2 business days. The discount is then applied to your Team workspace.
