Covers real-time inference only (not batch, fine-tuning or deployment). The account and its RAM users share one quota; a new account does not get another. After the quota runs out you are billed pay-as-you-go unless you turn on Free Quota Only.

Create an Alibaba Cloud account
Sign up and complete your account information.
Activate Model Studio in Singapore
Open Model Studio for the Singapore region and accept the service agreement; the quota is granted automatically.
Turn on Free Quota Only
In the console, enable Free Quota Only so calls stop instead of being billed when the quota runs out.
Call the models
Models with a free quota show a blue quota bar in the model list; the quota can take up to two hours to appear.

Is the quota shared across models?
No. Each model, including each dated snapshot, has its own quota, and calls do not switch models automatically when one runs out.
