Open the Education plan flow
Click through to the Education plan page, or open chat.mistral.ai/upgrade/student directly.
Use your school email
Create a Mistral account with your institutional email, or change the email on your existing account to it first.
Verify and subscribe
Confirm your institutional email and finish checkout for the Education plan.

Frequently asked questions
Can I use a student ID instead of a school email?
No. Mistral only accepts a verified institutional email address; student IDs, enrollment certificates and letters are not accepted.
What if my school email is not recognized?
Contact Mistral support with your email domain so they can review it. If your school does not issue institutional emails, you are not eligible.
