Pre-Series B, founded in the last 10 years, AWS account on the Paid Tier plan, and either new to Activate Credits or requesting more than previously received. Founders tier: self-funded, starts at $1,000, select participants up to $5,000. Portfolio tier: up to $200,000, needs an Org ID from an Activate Provider (investor, accelerator).

Pick your tier
Open the AWS Activate credits page. Choose Founders if you are self-funded, or Portfolio if an investor or accelerator is an Activate Provider.
Prepare an AWS account on a paid plan
Your AWS account must be on the Paid Tier plan, not the 6-month Free plan.
Apply
Click "Apply now", sign in, and fill in company details. Portfolio applicants enter the Org ID from their provider.
Receive the credits
After approval, the credits are added to your AWS account and appear under Billing, Credits.
