For startups that use or plan to use Gemini as the foundation of their main product, raised Pre-Seed/Seed within the last five years or Series A within the last 12 months, were founded within the last five years, and have not received more than $5,000 in Google Cloud credits. Year 1 covers 100% of usage up to $250,000 for AI-first startups ($100,000 otherwise); Year 2 covers 20% up to another $100,000. Eligibility is at Google's discretion.

Set up Google Cloud
Create a Google Cloud account and billing account for your company if you don't have one.
Apply to the program
Click "Apply now" on the program page and submit company, funding and product details.
Wait for the decision
Google reviews applications and emails you about your status. Approved credits are applied to your billing account.
