Open the Free Tier page
Go to Oracle Cloud Free Tier and click "Sign up now".
Create your account
Enter your email, country and account details, then choose a home region.
Verify your identity
Add a credit or debit card for verification. You are not charged unless you upgrade to Pay As You Go.
Use the credit
Sign in to the OCI Console, check your credit balance and start using services within 30 days.
