Company less than 5 years old, fewer than 50 employees, not yet a Scaleway client. Identity verification is mandatory to apply. Everyone starts with the Founders Program: a one-time €1,000 voucher valid for 12 months. Early Stage (from €500/month consumption): €1,500/month for 6 months, €9,000 total. Growth Stage (from €1,500/month consumption): €3,000/month for 12 months, €36,000 total. You cannot move from Early to Growth. A committee reviews applications weekly.
